This document explains what personal data viza.az collects when you use the site, what we do with it and what rights you have. We have tried to keep it in plain language; if anything is unclear, get in touch.
Who we are
viza.az is a product of Granit AS Travel. The company has worked in travel and visa support since 1998, and it is responsible for the data collected through this site.

What we collect
Data is collected in two places on the site: the application form and the contact form. Both ask for:
- first and last name;
- mobile number;
- email address;
- on the application form, the country and visa type you chose;
- on the contact form, the text of your message.
Alongside that, we briefly process technical data, your IP address and the time of the request, to stop forms being filled in automatically. The site has no registration, no customer account and no payment system; we never collect card details.
What we use it for
- To answer your request. We contact you and explain the visa process.
- To deliver the service. Preparing the document list and tracking the application.
- To guard against spam and abuse. That is what the technical checks are for.
We do not use your details for marketing mail-outs and we do not sell them to third parties.
Where the data is stored
When a form is submitted the data goes to two places: a private section of the site’s admin area and the company’s working email. Only authorised staff can see the records in the admin area.
Several technical measures protect the forms: a one-time security key, a hidden trap field, a limit on repeat submissions from the same address, and the Cloudflare Turnstile bot check.
Third-party services
Some parts of the site rely on outside services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Cloudflare Turnstile: the bot check on our forms.
- WPML: managing the language versions of the site.
- Travelpayouts / bilet.az: the Flights tab in the search box. The external search tool loads at the moment you open that tab.
- Google Maps: the map on the Contact page.
Some of these tools set cookies of their own. Our Cookie Policy explains this in detail.
How long we keep it
Application records are kept for as long as they are needed to deliver the service and to answer any follow-up questions. If you want your data deleted, simply write to us; unless the law requires us to keep it longer, we will carry out your request.
Your rights
- to find out what data we hold about you;
- to have incorrect data corrected;
- to ask for your data to be deleted;
- to withdraw your consent.

Children’s data
The site is not aimed at people under 18. If you are applying on a child’s behalf, you must do so as a parent or legal guardian.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when our services or the law change. The date it was last updated is shown at the top of the page. If a change is significant, we post a separate notice on the site.
