Singapore divides the countries whose citizens need a visa into two groups, and Azerbaijan falls into the second. The main difference for this group is that a letter of guarantee must be attached to the application.
The letter of guarantee is issued by a citizen registered in Singapore, a permanent resident or an authorised agency. Without a local guarantor the application is not accepted. This is the most important point in planning.
The official state fee is fixed and is not refunded regardless of the outcome of the application. When you apply through an authorised agency, an additional service charge is taken. The visa can as standard be issued with two years’ validity, but the length of each stay is determined by the border service at entry. Viza.az takes care of arranging the letter of guarantee and preparing the form.
