Visa types for Nepal

Nepal offers Azerbaijani citizens a visa on arrival. The visa is issued both at the international airport in Kathmandu and at land border crossings.

There are three length options and the fee depends on the one you choose: 15, 30 and 90 days. All tourist visas issued at the border are multiple-entry, which means you can enter the country several times. That is convenient for Himalayan itineraries combined with India or Tibet.

To speed up the process you can fill in the form online beforehand and arrive at the border with the printed confirmation. Payment is taken in cash, and dollars are recommended. Anyone planning a trekking route needs separate permit documents, which are different from the visa. Viza.az prepares that list too.
