Visa-free entry with a stay of up to 90 days.

Azerbaijani citizens can travel to Kyrgyzstan without a visa. On an ordinary passport you may stay in the country for up to 90 days at a stretch. A valid passport is all you need to enter.

For longer stays, migration registration requirements apply. Work and study are not covered by this arrangement and require a separate permit.

Bishkek, Issyk-Kul and the Ala Archa gorge are chosen for nature routes; summer is the busiest season. AZAL runs direct flights from Baku to Bishkek; the alternative is a route with a transfer in Almaty or Istanbul. Viza.az books tickets and accommodation in advance, allowing for the summer rush.
