Visa types for Jordan

Jordan offers Azerbaijani citizens both an e-visa and a visa on arrival. The electronic option is more convenient, as it removes the queue at the border and the need to pay in cash.

The application goes through the official portal of the Ministry of Interior. You fill in the form, upload a passport scan and a photo, and pay the fee by bank card. The confirmation is sent to your email as a PDF and presented in printed form at the border.

The standard tourist visa is valid for up to three months and allows a single entry. For anyone planning the Petra, Wadi Rum and Dead Sea route, the tourist package known as the Jordan Pass is a separate advantage, because under certain conditions it also covers the visa fee. Viza.az works out which option suits your route.
