Visa types for Israel

Azerbaijani citizens must obtain a visa in advance to travel to Israel. Tourism, family visits and pilgrimage are arranged under the short-stay category known as B/2.

Applications are accepted at the consular section of the Israeli embassy in Baku. The documents are submitted in person, after which the applicant is given a receipt for paying the fee at a bank. Payment is made in local currency.

A B/2 visa is valid for up to three months from the date of issue, and the final decision at entry is made by the border service. A decision usually takes seven to ten working days, though the period can stretch around public holidays. Viza.az helps with filling in the form, drawing up the document list and the appointment.
